Blushing At A Thought

MAC MINERLISE SKIN FINISH, LAURA MERCIER SILK CREME FOUNDATION, MAC BLUSH PINCH ME, JEMMA KIDD CREME HIGHLIGHTER, LANCÔME DOLLS EYES MASCARA AND MAC ERA EYESHADOW.

I am not a huge fan of my own face but I LOVE makeup and skin care, I would buy something new everyday if I had the money and as most of you will know from my blog, twitter and instagram (@ambrissa for both) I still enjoy the "occasional" purchase ;-)
I thought I would maybe try and get into the FOTD style posts every once in a while and I have a few lined up for this week so this week will now be FOTW (face of the week), maybe.
I'm trying to minimise the amount of makeup I am wearing just now as my skin is actually looking a bit less blemish-ed (?) I want to go a bit easy on the old foundation and try a more subtle look for summer.
Ive been swapping my double wear for some lighter bases and also just from swapping from a foundation brush to a buffing brush its looking so much more natural. I've also been applying my highlighter and blush with a stippling brush which to be giving a much more natural look and avoiding some over excessive caking of the facing.

Does anybody know of a good oily skin primer? My skin gets so oily at work and it makes me feel so rank.
Please and thanks
Amber x

  1. You look lovely!! I've got oily skin too! I've been using the Revlon Photoready Perfecting Primer for some months now and it's been working really well for me, when my skin is good i actually only use it with some concealer and a bit of powder and i'm good to go!
